Straight to the point, no pissing around like a lot of sellers, be it private, small sole traders or main dealers.

Service from Craig is amazing. I live too far
away to visit in person but bought a bike going by pictures and a conversation with Craig. True to his word the bike is exactly as described and in fantastic condition, was delivered down to me the next day after a great deal was agreed without any fuss or issues. Highly recommend Craig and Suffolk Motorcycles, can't fault the service at all

Collected my bike from Craig christmas eve. The bike is immaculate as described. Craig is a no pressure type of dealer and had patience with me after being messed about by private buyers for the bike i eventually p/x'd with him at a good price. A real no hassle sell and buy and i was on my way in no time. I'd recommend Suffolk Motorcycles LTD and Craig to anyone. The bikes are mint and you get a great service so why would you go elsewhere? Thanks Craig the R9T is awesome :)

Went to look at motorcycle for sale and was warmly welcomed by Craig, the bike was immaculate as described and without an ounce of pressured salesmanship. I could not recommend Suffolk motorcycles highly enough and I did indeed end up having a Deal with ease including a part exchange.

I have to say this is one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. After calling on a Sunday morning at 8:45, Craig spent 20 minutes answering all of my questions as well as pointing out other things he felt would be beneficial for me to know. Having agreed a price, I transferred £250 deposit and delivery was arranged for the next day. At 8:00 am the next day less than 24 hours after I had made the initial call, Mick, the driver, arrived at my house. This would be impressive enough, but I live in Weymouth, five hours drive away! The bike was unloaded and I was encouraged to have a good look round and ride it up the driveway. The bike was only a year old with 1,600 miles so I had no concerns. Once happy, Mick came in for a coffee whilst I transferred the balance. Craig phoned and confirmed receipt and that was that. A couple of days later Craig called again to make sure I was happy with the bike. I cannot praise Craig and his team enough - this is the way to buy a motorbike.

Just bought a motorcycle from Craig at Suffolk Motorcycles.
Great Communication and no issues at all with getting the bike from Suffolk all the way to Holyhead for collection at the Port to ship it to Dublin.
I used the Ebay Page to browse the motorcycles they had available.

Just had my MT09 delivered by Suffolk motorcycles and was looked after by Craig from start to finish. Quite honestly the best service I've ever received while buying a motorcycle (and I've bought many). Craig is a total professional, from start to finish he has been friendly, courteous and has kept me informed the whole way. The courier was also a friendly guy, called me to let me know eta and was perfect unloading the bike. I can't thank Craig enough for a brilliant experience and I would recommend Suffolk motorcycles to anyone. Thanks Craig 👍👍👍👍

had an absolutely flawless experience dealing with Craig and the driver, Mick. Both of them were friendly and I felt confident in them easily, which was important when buying a bike at this distance (200+ miles) as I would not be able to view the bike before buying. The bike was exactly as described, they provided good options for delivery times, and I was kept updated. Would recommend them to anyone.

Craig did me a fantastic deal on a 2018 BMW Adventure GS1200 in mint condition. He is very knowledgeable and will give the best price. I would definitely recommend them.
